The individual listed on the booking form as a visitor is operating on their own behalf, and each person named as an Additional customer is responsible for ensuring that each Additional guest is fully aware of these booking circumstances. The Lead client confirms that he or she is allowed by the Additional clients, including, if an Additional client is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian. Any additions or changes to the booking terms must be done in writing and signed by Tour Hub Ethiopia.
Following receipt and signing of the trip agreement, a 30% deposit is payable as mentioned on the tour payment invoice via bank transfer or the payment method specified by Tour Hub Ethiopia. We will send you a booking confirmation that includes the final itinerary as well as the confirmed hotel list. No firm reservation is made until we have issued a signed tour agreement, scanned it, and returned it to you. Payment of the balance for the itinerary will be payable immediately upon its commencement via any of the methods specified in the trip agreement. Failure to pay the amount will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of your deposit.

Tour prices will be provided upon request and are not fixed, as they vary based on infrastructure costs (which may change with the season), hotel rates, salaries, fuel prices, and currency exchange rates. Tour Hub Ethiopia reserves the right to adjust the quoted price before the tour starts. Once the client(s) have paid the full tour price, no further changes will be made. It also depends on factors such as the comfort level, group size, and included services. This encompasses the type of vehicle, hotel standards, road conditions, guiding services, entrance fees, and some meals. Once we have details about your desired destinations, the inclusions for your tour package, and the number of travelers, we can prepare an itinerary and provide a cost estimate for you.
